This can happen on all, many left hand drives have had this happen to. I have an 06 and check the back of the engine to make sure the wiring loom has not fallen and touching the header./ Great that you caught this soon before more got toasty! I lol'd at a "sparkie"..what is that an electrician?

I have the JTSVP lines.. and I like them as they dont leak. BUT I have noticed the difference between the feels of the lines, as if its micro binding. Seems to be a tad jittery or noisy... I dont know. Either way makes sense now if the diameter of the lines are different. Can you post some...

Dont do a straight exhaust, use some type of muffler. I have a Borla with the mufflers deleted (4 factory cats in place) on when I bought the truck a little over a year ago. Its loud which at first I liked.. then you drive it and it wears on you. I have an appointment on Tuesday for my exhaust...
