Compare your times to the time slip section. You will see that your 60' times can be improved. Some guys are getting down in the 1.7 range. That will help quite a bit.

While it is true that PSI does tuning in Portland (And they are very good), they do not use all available tuning solutions. You may want to contact them to see if they use your solution.

I added a ROE, and I toasted my tranny. I went from 373 RWHP to 490 RWHP and my tranny had issues in less than 3 months. I realize this is not the exact same as you are doing....
