I can attest to that Dan...... The only thing is that I never took my truck to the track stock but once I start going and changing things my times kept getting better and better....all the way up until my consistent 8.1 runs :)

buying one already painted may throw the color off as it's not painted matched.... If its used the sun could have faded it more/less than yours. If you buy a new freshly painted and shipped to you piece it could also be off due to your trucks paint not being fresh. I would take it to a halfway...
