If it were mine I would remove and inspect the damper and crank mating surface. If withen spec, I would use Geeen Loctite on the damper and blue Locktite on the damper bolt. Don't know the torque on 04 model though. .

Yea, talking about headlights, when I got back tonight I noticed one of my new HID's was not working.:mad: :mad: :mad: O'well back to the shop. The nice part is that with just one side I could still see better than with two stock headlights. .
