Thanks, I remember that post.
I used a rotary drum which is made with scotch-brite material.
Then I shot the insides with CLEAR.
Just hope it will last until Santa time!:D
I knew you would pop up with that damn picture!:p :D
I'd love to get mine done with the black chrome by them but no $$$,
and I don't have any extra wheels.:(
What's your house alarm code?;)
I will after wife goes to bed.
NHRA is at my local strip so I've been watching that between my wheel cleaning.
Don't what to push my luck with the wife!:D
It's just weird. the lugs that they removed to put on the locks,
the socket fits perfect.:dontknow:
Our stock lugs have a stamped steel shell.
Guess the tolerances are not very tight.
Or the shell get's distorted when tightened.
Oh well I'll do some searching.
I do remember Gorilla lugs...
Damn wish I could have made it.:(
If nothing else to break up that Black Power gang!
I thought of driving up in my Dakota,
glad I didn't it's BLACK too!:D
I should have added "no more locks":D
Just looking for replacement lugs that work.:dontknow:
ps:?
I tried the socket on one of the lugs that were not on the truck and the socket fits perfect?
Hard time getting socket on lugs on the truck, I have to tap it on???:dontknow:
This little project has turned into a pain in the ass!
All I wanted to do is clean the inside of my rims.:argh:
Wheels have never been off and I bought the truck new.
I think some one was pissed at the factory.
Had to break out the old two foot pipe to bust them lose!
With the weather...
You don't have to have it. Dealer will have to check that you qualify any way.
Been looking at new Rams.
If you want one with more then two doors they have some good deals.
I haven't had any luck finding a decent RC.:D
