Gives you 48 lbs @ 43.5 psi. (*not @ 58 psi, but the standard is 43.5 psi as a guideline)

69lb+ @ 58 psi, or higher. (sold as 60 lbs @43.5 psi). There are plenty of injector calculators out there. Use 80% as your max duty cycle and 58 psi flow rates for your calculations to meet a specific HP.

If you scheduled 2 hours, I would have taken 2 hours or compromised with the next flier. Aero club needs to police it; not you having to shorten your time. Good on you to fix the situation however. They could have called the next guy/gal and had them come out later.

Your bottle will be find like it is. You will only have to worry if it is near empty to get the last few drops during acceleration. You have it tilted up per spec too.
