Does it read 100+ psi with the key on but the engine off? If so, it is most likely the sending unit. They tend to fail in that mode.

I bought my kit at Napa. I think it was around $15. I just drilled a hole when I had my tranny pan off. It took around 5 minutes to install. Installed in in the drivers side rear of the pan. It works great.

Just curious, why would deleting the A/C give you more boost? With the A/C turned off, it shouldn't cause any belt slip. Are you putting a larger crank pulley on it or something?

This biggest potential problem will be when launching hard and running it up all the way through 4th gear, you will notice a red flashing light. It will slowly get closer and closer to you as you slow down. Then, once you stop to figure out what it is, an official-looking person will get out and...
