Drag radials 101 please
if possible back into water box spin the tires just enough to clean them then pull forward out of the water then do your burnout ( drag radials don't need much ) to heat tires . tires will be good to go, take air pressure guage, air tank if possible. practice practice practice- pissant#420

# of bad 48RE transmissions
Twice under warranty 3600 miles-13000 miles I now have 19000 miles and no warranty they used a lot of cheap parts in these transmissions no quality control on valve bodies, dime store clutches, and bands imo- pissant#420

Tranny on QC ?
get the double deep pan these transmissions are destroyed by excessive heat & the solenoid is a throw away item and should be changed during band adjustments and fluid change,also if your hard on the throttle bands should be adjusted every 5-6000 miles IMO- pissant#420
