You have to cut at least 3" per side to have enough material to re-spline the axles. Otherwise you'll need to but new axles.

Looking for a set or rc leaf springs or a set from a qc thats never had a flip kit on it. I would even take a set of overleaf springs if you have that too. Thanks. Pretty sure it say's qc in his initial post.
