ok, I spliced, soldered, heat shrinked.... it works but now I'm scared :-) is there any way to find a couple of sensors with longer wires??

well, listened with the hose, leaks are most headers/mids junction.... let's see if I can get rid of them

I'll try listening with a rubber hose...

of course I used new stock gaskets, the old ones felt apart

a metallic sound around the headers area... how can I check without roasting my hands or nose? btw, my garage filled in of white smoke from the coated headers and the fire alarm went off, haha

ok, I finally started it my sweaters smells of muscle car! :-))) I think there are some leaks: I over torqued the bolts around 25-30 Lb/ft; I'm pissed off about leaks and honestly don't know what to do to fix them should I bring her to the shop and have a check? but the good one is about 30...

I started the engine, just a couple of minutes, so far so good, can't wait for a test run

dang, I read on another post 25/30.. I torqued to 30... is that a problem? shoul I lose them?

sorry but I don-t get the point> what does it come with a brend new set of mopar long tubes? a couple of extenders? 2 new sensors with longer wiring? what's the difference between extending with a connector or splicing and solder? you can mix white wires... but soldering has a better...

you can-t swap them, the connectors are slight different... just learnt it the hard way...

yes, front and read even look different you have to order left or right because of the wires if you cut, solder an extension it's even better than an extension with connectors... I even extended a CB antenna cable, soldering it, no bad ROS showed up, but that's another story. I'll give it a try

I was really thinking to set up a glass container (don't know the name in English) with a heater and some rocks... but I have to finish my headers installation so I put her in the bushes, I hope she won't bite me when I'll go to get some firewood!
