The flash point for synthetic oil is well over 400F. How could this happen?

Which Maghytec pan do you have? They make two for our trucks. One holds 1.5 more qts and uses the stock filter without a spacer. The other pan 727-DD(double deep) holds several more qts and requires a spacer.

The relationship of the fluid to the valve body should stay the same no matter how deep the pan is. That is why you don't need a new dipstick.

The dipstick should stay the same. (think about it) Call the maker of the pan as far as the filter, they usually use a 4wd filter or spacer.

Learned that lesson the hard way. Broke catching third gear, (68 Mustang Conv,w/Jim Ruggles built 428 CJ)went out of control and lucky not to be killed. .

Mine was straight plug and play. Just remove stock bulbs and replace with the HIDS. The only wires to connect is one + and one- to the battery. I did have to get the anti flicker resisters though. The improvement in visibility is just incredible. .
