but your oil pressure is relevant to the bearing clearance also, more than likely with 100k as dom says it just time for a rebuild boss, the engine is loose and tired, new bearings rings your good to go again

just go to advance they rent a radiator pressure tester, they will let you for free, pressure up the system if it leaks down.......ya got a leak, figure out where that's from, fix.
more than likely after burning hot like that a couple times, yes, head gaskets. but easy and free to find out...

there isn't a throttle body shaft seal, only a bearing, one on each side of the throttle body, from there the tps seals one one side, the shaft the other, then a gasket that is oringed into the intake, does this happen only at tip in? if so it could be the nos ports on the throttle body itself...
take it to a good, shop it will cost, but also its not a chevy
should have done a leak down test first of all, that is not by the way pouring oil over the piston seeing if it leaks by
the cam should be pulled and inspected, if the cylinder walls are clean then you wont need a new sleeve, they...
