    Belanger Headers With Cats

I second the vote for some chambered Powersticks. I'm working on building some 2.75" core versions right now. They will have 3.5" outer bodies & will be more tame than the 3" versions which are purely BRUTAL! COBRAPACKS also sound very good on the V-10 Viper motors. Watch this awesome...

    MELTED CATS!!

Melted cats = unburned fuel introduced into the cats. It's something upstream - you're sending raw fuel into the converters.

The Official Exhaust Sound Clip Thread

I had to bring my wife & 2 girls in to see that movie! We were all laughing - THANKS FOR THAT funny clip. Man, when you gas it it really barks. My question is, is it tolerable while driving? Sorry guys, the closest I can come to a V-10 is a couple of old Plymouths in the garage with...

    POWERSTICKS

The 3" Powersticks will be wicked loud, the 2.5" Powersticks will be more tame, but with really good bark to them as well. I think on the V-10, the optimum size would be dual 2.5" unless the motor is really massaged. The 2.5" should create better flow velocity & better low & midrange...

Some exhaust issues - Please help

With several of you complaining of the same problem with the Magnaflows, sounds like they have a problem. They may have changed the specs on the mufflers - like going to a thinner gauge. What's Magnaflow's warranty? Dynomax had lifetime warranties on Super Turbos & Ultra Flows.

Some exhaust issues - Please help

TREKER, just WHERE did the Magnaflows split open? I have never heard of this scenario before. The only way I've ever heard of a muffler "blowing out" is from a massive exhaust backfire. When I was with Dynomax/Walker, our warranties on mufflers did not cover damage caused by backfire. Did...

    Powersticks Install

Gee, I LIKE it!!! (Sounds WAAAY better than stock for sure!) Chrysler had a pair of them for 2 years & never "had time" to get them on a Viper mule. All the V-10 exhaust needs is a little tuning.........

    I got Kinda Pulled-in Here!

Man Prof, stay calm! I'm not sure I know how to attach a photo here. The car is all original & it needs restoration, & I don't have many pictures of it. Let me try here to attach a photo. The picture was taken shortly after I picked it up back in 1991. I've driven it about 2 miles since...

    I got Kinda Pulled-in Here!

My '72 Cuda has both. The car has every option you could get on a '72 Cuda, & even a few dealer installed ones. The guy I bought it from was the original owner out of Phoenix, & he bought it off a showroom floor of a Plym. dealer. The dealer ordered the car as a showcase for all the options...

That does sound very good - higher pitched tone. Headers, mini cats, lots done from stock. VERY expensive too. ..............Billy Boat...........

Ice Blue (not sure of it's actual name) was coded B3, which is pretty rare too.

    Opinions on new exhaust upgrade

That's pretty awesome - thanks. But no matter what you do to a V-10 exhaust, it will still never sound like a V-8! The nature of the beast. Does the record still stand?

WE HAVE A WINNER! Sunroof was available in 1972 only on Cudas or Barracudas. 65 Cudas produced, 29 Barracudas. As far as I know, all were power & done at ASC, so the cars were shipped to the ASC facility & the "conversions" done. My build sheet says "SPECIAL HANDLING CAR" at the bottom...
