I used a aftermarket throttle cable just have to fine tune the lever off the peddle to match the stroke on the throttle body, used the oem kickdown cable just rerouted it snug but it made it, the harness is laid in as factory so the connectors going to the throttle body and intake had to...
i was thinking of not putting a engine oil cooler on project, because of limited room and the way it will be driven it's probably not needed. so would it be better to loop the ports together or cap them off? thanks
Actually, I have been watching for a spoiler from one of those Dodge Daytona trucks they fit pretty good without any modification. not so much for function just because I think it looks cool.
is there any reason you can't turn the intake so the throttle body is at the back of the motor, i realize you would have to reroute some sensor wires, it looks like it would work anyone know of any reason it wouldn't. i'm using a gen 3 motor in a project and it would be helpful for clearance. the only numbers above that are close to correct is the n/a ones, I remember a few years back when my 06 with a Roe crushed a black 06 with a cammed up Striker head motor on the same dyno, as I remember you and old colt where there.
my bbk did this as well, i ended up taking the blades out and lightly sanded them by hand then when i put them back in i centered them in the housing with 3 equal feeler gauges (.003" if i remember right). it been good ever since.
