X2builders will have the obscure factory stuff but it is not cheap.

I had the same issue a couple of years ago. I did a lot of searching and found this to work: russell fittings. Order four of them and get some braided lines made and you will be good.

As BlackMamba said, contact Justin @JMB Performance He has DIY turbo kits and can get you all you would need to get it set up, including the very important fuel system upgrade.
