    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

JTSVP now sells them in shortened length to allow a much easier and neater routing to get this look. Yes, still planning on wrapping it. I'm waiting for the new hood mold to enter production. Still weary of fit and finish, and not sure I want to be the guinea pig. Ill have progress on both...

A few more of the blow-off valve relocation in the engine bay and the brake powdercoating.

Almost finished with the interior. Lloyds floor mats, new head unit, Gen 5 steering wheel, upholstered doors and gloss black rear bulkhead, harnesses and I think I'll be done in here.

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

The splitter is coming! I wasn't ready to buy the carbon fiber ACR-X canards, but there was a deal I couldn't pass up. The same company will let me know soon when one is available. It will go on with the GEN 4 style hood with larger vents and scoop. However, I haven't seen a hard top that...

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

14k miles last year, being down for 3 months. I'm hell on it. It was 6psi up until january. Now its 13psi. Buy a Paxton "tuner" kit. Upgrade the heat exchanger and water pump for cooler IAT. Put a DLM tensioner assist rod to prevent belt slip. Upgrade the BOV. Install a custom fuel...

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

I was able to gain 155 peak hp and 198 hp at 5700 rpm over a mailorder base tune after fixing some belt slip, installing meth and a day on the dyno. Torrie McPhail prevailed! 754whp 740 wtq. Could have added some timing, but stopped there for my daily driver... in case the meth runs out on a...

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

I'm only pushing around 11-12 psi. More show than go, and I don't even do that well. I wont ever own much in life that is as awesome as yours. I will humbly decline and confess that all your vehicles are better than everyone else's.

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

I made a little progress this weekend. Should have my 3.25" pulley in tomorrow, a small bump from the 3.75" on it now.

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

Ahh, I see there is a gap in the build updates. Maybe I should frequent the forums more often. Every time you need to get to anything on the front of the engine on a viper (belts, alternator, power steering pump etc) the entire supercharger has to come off. During a reinstall, I discovered my...

The black ceramic on the supercharger looked a little worse for wear so I had a few parts touched up .

    My Viper Build *Pic Heavy*

I couldnt trust anything the shop did to it at that point, so I talked to the shop owner and we settled out of court for a refund of $1,700. I tore it all down and bought a new radiator and power steering pump.

Three bolts backed out of the supercharger bracket. One hit the fan and took out the radiator.

I installed an AEM Wideband/Boost Failsafe gauge today. Was a bigger job than I thought it was going to be.

    Viper tires, which ones?

345s are what you are looking. Some have gone with 355s but i think it was due to availability issues. I have run Invos on an SRT8 challenger. I wouldnt say they are better performing tire than the PS2s. Head over to driveviper.com and viperalley.com and see what the big boys are using...
