04 updated to 1 1/4 crank bolt?

I have been lazy and have just gotten around to checking the tightness of my crank bolt. From what I have read my bolt was supposed to be the smaller 13/16's bolt. It has already been changed to an 1 1/4 bolt which was supposed to be used on the 05 and 06's. Did dodge have a recall because I know the previous owner didn't change it out on his own.

As far as I know, Dodge never did a recall or TSB on the loose bolt or even acknowledge there was a problem. I don't think there was an updated bolt to replace the '04-early '05 bolts. Just do what everyone else has done (myself included) is take the bolt out and Blue Loctite it and torque it back down. Haven't had another problem with it.
