05 srt10 temp rising on idle

Hello guys I'm new to this site I have been having problems with my 05 srt10 when in idle temp goes to 230 once I start moving again it goes back to normal any one had the same problem ...thanks in advance

Sounds like the fan may not be working. Is it the stock hydro fan or electric.

I would agree with this. Typically a fan because there is no air flow across the radiator while not moving.

Yes it's stock fan and it is working u guys think it can be the thermostat even though it cools down when driving?

Yes a sticking thermostat can finally open and the engine will cool down again.
