Sounds to good to be true?. It may be legit :dontknow: Maybe one those cases of the ex selling the old man's ride just to get rid of it or just another scam. Although, the phone number location, area code, prefix and zip code all check out for Mentor, OH. BTW, the number given seems to be a cell number.
