OK guys if the weather prevails tomorrow i'll probably be taking my RC 10 to the dragway for the first time since i bought it. It's pretty much stock cept the magnaflow catback, oh yeah and my stage 1 weight reduction ;) (badge removal on the tail gate :D) i'm in the dirty south so its gona be moderately hot with high humidity.

Just wondering what my shift point should be, if feels like it pulls well all the way to redline. Also what kind of time's would you expect to see (if i can leave the line without spinning through 3rd :burnout:  )?

stock tires ??

and shift points ?? listin to your motor it will tell you when to shift :)

If you race with stock tires lower the pressure to 22 psi. Have fun and let the truck cool down between runs.

Lower tire pressure as stated, shift at 5500 as stated.....do NOT under any circumstances slip the clutch.....you will burn it up...trust me. It will cost you big money to fix/upgrade. When launching do as you would at a stoplight then hammer gas or feather gas if your spinning. After crossing the traps drop tranny into neutral and then brake. Lift hood between runs. Engine tranny and clutch fluid need to cool down.
Have fun and let us know how it all goes. If your shifting decent you should see middle 13's. Some do better some do worse.....just have fun.
