$10 Challenger raffle
The Kokomo Tribune wrote that Mike Anderson Dodge has donated a 2008 Dodge Challenger SRT8 to the Community Christmas Fund as the prize in a $10 raffle. Chrysler employees have raised money for this fund for ten years, having raffled off a Neon and, in 2006, a restored 1971 Challenger. The winning ticket will be drawn on Dec. 22 at Mike Anderson Dodge. The raffle proceeds will be placed in an endowment; the interest will be used for charitable purposes. Chrysler has agreed to move up the production date of Mike Anderson's Challenger to make it one of the first produced.
Tickets can be purchased by sending a money order or cashier's check with a self-addressed stamped envelope. You must be over the age of 18 to purchase a ticket, and no personal checks will be accepted. The address is Community Christmas Fund, P.O. Box 2123, Kokomo, IN. 46904-2123. Any entries must be received by December 1, 2008.
