I am stuck right now on where to install this huge effin nitrous bottle....It won't fit in the cab and I don't want to put it in the bed because I don't have a bed cover and don't plan on getting one either! Anyone have a spots they mounted theirs on a QC....
I saw one under the hood but I'm afraid of that with the heat here in Florida plus the heat the engine produces...

put it in the storage space

I tried the storage area but I won't be able to fold the seat down and in the engine I'm afraid it might get too hot??

oh, just alittle advise, if your going to use NOS

NEVER spray doing a burnout, DONT ARM the NOS ARM it after you do a burnout

NEVER Spray out of the hole, always in 2nd - 4th gear

didn't someone here put their nos bottle under the truck, can't remember who ??? :dontknow:

awdizusu i believe?????

HEy kick why dont you put just standing straight up right behind the center console? Maybe get like a lil custom box or some custom bracket? Then run the feed line under the seat out thru one of the ventsbetween the cab and bed

Thanks...I also thought of under the truck but dint know what kinda hassle it will be when I need to fill it.
I was thinking of standing it up but didn't know if the bottle had to side ways for any reason? If bit I may just mount it in the truck and only install when I need it like track or races.

yeah you really dont want to have the bottle in the truck if your not goona useit. On a hot day the pressures will shoot up and blow the safety disc and empty out the bottle.

Thanks for that info. That's why I didn't want it under the hood. I figure something would happen in extreme heat.
If I find a good deal in a roll up bed cover I might just keep it in the bed.
