do we have a friend-member over here from that region ?

I'm on a deal there for a race-viper ( car from champion Mr. John Cooper in 2000 )... :D
Perhaps if possible i could ask a little pre-inspection by a member here... if distances are not to great... :dontknow:

hehe, natural aspirated 835 HP.... what would you want more ? :D in a monster car.... :elefant:

Tim and Justin are both great guys Barry. Shoot them a PM and I am sure they will do it for you if they have time....Finally Mopower has a good idea, took a few years to get it out of him, but a good idea indeed :D

Dumb hicks from the south take a while to muster up a good idea.

I live about 30 miles south of St. Louis.

I am not sure I would be the one to inspect it though. I wouldn't really know what I'm looking at.

When my Viper gets delivered in the next week or so it will be my first time checking one out in detail, lol.

You may want to have Joe Donovan (PBJ) check it out for ya, mechanically, cosmetically, etc. Nothing worse then buying a high performance car only to find things wrong with it.

See if the seller is willing to drive it down to Performance By Joe in Saint Loius for a good luck. Joe was/is a Viper Technician so he knows what he's doing. If you repay the guy and Joe you'll have piece of mind knowing your getting a great car.

100 miles north of St. Louis is in Central Illinois...maybe 200 miles from me.

What is the name of the city?

that i have to ask Roy... place as mentioned is the only info i got so far as we are till looking pics and discussing price....
I would ofcourse love to see one going over there , have a look for visual damage, all round first impression and ofcorse if car is running normal ( oil pressure and exhaust fumes ? ) ...i don't expect a specialist examination... just a look as i would do myself....and would never blame the person if i find more on arrival or would be not satisfied.I totally understand this. Also my shipper in case of a deal will give me at the spot info to go ahead or cancel the deal.

I would love to pay you your gas for such short visit.
I will ask the adress ... tomorrow when i decided to buy or not. Just want to sleep a night over it :D

Sure you can handle it, take it to about 6500 rpms and drop the clutch then you will know all you need about handling it.
