11.65 vid

Well what sucks is that the et slip machine was broke on that pass so i didnt get one. Good thing my buddy was there recording it because i would have be mad as hell if i ran that time and didnt have no proof. But i do have the time slip from my 11.82 run, I'll try to post it with the video tomarrow. And no i havent busted my nose yet, i only run with the rims at the track now. It is to just way to easy to street race with them, and last weekend i almost got my truck impounded and got sent to jail for street raceing. I am really lucky i got out of that.

Yea, but when you get 15 people fucking around you dont think you will be the one to get pulled. And i bet you have a shit load of people wanting to race you when you drive your viper around.

Awesome Zexer! I got my zex kit in posession....installing tomorrow afternoon! Gotta get the bottle filled before the shop closes so I can test her out! Man I got the bug so bad right now w/ it just sitting in a box! Your purge is saweet! Making me think I want one now!

Hey where did you mount your bottle and do you have a safety blow down valve/tube? Is it required for inspection if bottle is mounted in bed?
 
It was at the fayetteville track, and right now i dont have a blow off because i just keep the bottle in the house untill track days. And i dont really have to worry about inprections at this track. You can have a 10sec truck and not even wear a helmet.

I was scurrd too....but after learning more and hearing from peopole who have not blown up their engines and safely running NOS....I can't resist! This truck is fast enough w/ headers/mids and intake for the street, but at the track crack the bottle! Cheap Horsepower!!!
 
Im tellin you right now.....if I had it to do over agian I would copy Zex's setup.....F**K IT! The 40 grand blow up shit SUCKS! Id rather blow it up with 5 grand in!

How serious are you...sometimes in life we just have to take our lumps, chaulk them up to experience, and go in a different direction...I'll bet you have said that to some of your customers!

I plan to end up with about $12k in and just want to be a Mid-12's grocery getter.

Not even close now...probably mid 13's...but when Sean gets the Top Mount ready...lots of us hope to get into the 12's on street tires! But I am a known liar! I think you are already (with a working trans) in the low 11's...just my opinion, but Z06's only pull half the lengths you pulled on me...and you were having to get out of it to shift!

Zex...you are a hero...super time...with a simple approach...it took guts and a lot of thought to get where you are...you are the shit for now! 1fast400 will be pushing you soon!
