14.3?

qc are slow, just my opinion. but some had to buy mine. wife 2 girls works for me.
 
Qc's are Slow?? ten years ago if you had a truck run 13's you wouldn't be saying that at all. Dude with the Red quad with White sripes went toe to toe with a Ferrari 430 Modena with just minor mods. So In My Opinion a Quad that can hang with a Ferrari is Not slow!!

was more of a joke...but I would still prefer a RC, I find it hard to believe a QC with minor mods ran toe-to-toe with a 430 Modena, but than again there are some beast from the factory!!!!!!:burnout:
 
I just pick up my Q/C from Bucke77 and it is far from slow ... thanks again Robert you rock the wife's truck is quicker then my R/C but not for long
 
Guys can you please give Burnt rubber a link of that Red Quad with white stripes going toe to toe with a Red Ferrari 43o Modena.
 
maybe I misunderstood did the srt10 have minor mods or did the 430 have minor mods. I was walked like a dog by an 04 Z06 he was stock and I have the mods in my Sig.
 
I believe He had Stage 2 Flash, Catback with mids, And Cai. I think Ferraris are overrated.
 
ferrari 430 with paddle shifters will run 12.4 all day. that should take any qc that is N/A. Believe me I love my truck but a QC is not in the same league as a 430, Z06, viper...etc. But mine will get there one day...ROE!!!!

I Have seen the video and it was close but the Q/C won:rock: also the Wife had a run in with nice new Ferrari and she had the win also it was great girl on girl race :burnout: :burnout:

sounds good to me on that video but what are his mods? And your R/C is strong w/stock 540 rwtq. but hey more power to you!!!
 
i own both a ferrari and a srt-10 and i'll say that my truck could not keep up with my ferrari on a road and track event and my srt-10 would beat my ferrari in the 1/4 mil.......my ferrari only has 4oohp...but it out coners my truck!
 
Hey guys that was me on the video with the Ferrari ,we where nose to nose till half track ,he won by 1 car lenght ,the Ferrari owner could not believe it ,we had a long chat after the race .Still a close to 6000 pounds truck...

Can't be....All I am is tuned and I can almost achieve 8's in the 1/8 in S. Fl in 90 degree heat and humidity...I'll break 8's in the winter and hope in the low 8's / high 7's with Nitrous
S/C you should easily be low 13's high 12's in the 1/4, I would think:dontknow:

EDIT: Just saw this is a very old post prob prior to S/C
 
Eddie had this rig running a 12.2 in the 1/4 and 7.9 in the 1/8th on drag slicks.

I'll turn a much worse time, as i'm leaving to ship those very drag radials to Joe right now. As soon as Ali and the girls get ready......

I've never run either truck, hell most of the racing i've done with either are against my wife!

In the Red one without the stage 2 it was a PIG! She would walk on me so hard it was imbarrasing! The stage 2/filter/exhaust got us dead even. Now I pull a 1/2 car on her but thats it she is right there next to me. But, the stage 2 only lacked 50 hp and 20 ftlbs.

Gonna dyno tomorrow maybe.
