16 pound radiator cap???

Quick question,, do our trucks use a 16 pound ratiator cap? I'm looking to change mine out to this:

I have a rounded polished cap on order but I'm looking for something with a "flat" top so I can put a Sneaky Pete badge on it...

I just checked RockAuto.com's site and it looks like the replacement thermostat cap is a 16 pound. And there looks to be a "range" that those caps cover (14-18 psi)... Does anyone see any possible (quality) issues to the polished cap I listed in the start of the thread?
