From pics of front end, that is a sport edition bumper & cover, some other things look not quite as they should. Clone?

Yup it's the sport edition bumber (maybe missing reinforcement?) and the extra Mopar Performance Parts ground effects piece for the sport editions.
Otherwise looks like a 10 and for about $300 you can put the right bumper back on it.

Regular hood too, probably in a fender bender or something and they just used regular ram parts.
