Well not really, but I saw this at Hollister last weekend. Very cool, sounds and looks like a restored antique. Street legal Moped, they can be modded to do 70mph. Fit, finish, and paint was excellent.

They start at about $3500. There was one there with full fenders, lanternstyle headlight and a few other extra's for $3995.

Thanks for moving the thread, Hollister to me was pretty boring. We went on Sunday and they were already tearing down some of the attractions and displays. Same old crap..T-shirt venders trying to sell Sturgis shirts. Overpriced food vendors and yes cops and more cops. They were even pulling over people on Hwy25.

Had to keep reminding myself I was at a Rally and not just a trade show.
I'm old school, not really into the wild customs that are just show. Bikes should be built to ride. I can appreciate the skills some of the customizers have but they get so radical it usually renders the bike useless IMO. There were some cool Bobbers there though.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of any of the rallys anymore. In fact, I haven't been to one in years. Like you said, same old overpriced shit and more cops than bikers, at least real bikers hehe.

I really like the new trend in custom baggers, it has really taken off. But at the same time I don't like it, cause I just look like another one of the thousands of baggers out there. I need to get some $$$ so I can make mine mine, if you know what I mean.

There was another rally not far from Hollister, I heard there were actually more cops than bikes at some points in the weekend. And even the cops admitted that they had about 6 times more cops than they needed! No thanks.

My brother in law has one of there Wizzers. It looks kinda cheaply made to me. I don't think it would hold up to me on it.

I didn't like the Wizzer, but I do like the Xcelsior. Everything is powdercoated not painted. He had a bare frame there and it looks pretty stout.
