Are these so that they can reflash a new PCM? or is this a aftermarket mopar PCM?

this is the mopar performance PCM. it is a direct replacement for the OEM. so you will be able to swap the PCM's if you need to take it in for any work.

remember to get the full benifet out of this pcm you should have at least a CAI and a set of headers or cat delete pipes. i can do 330.00 for the 2004 - 2006 performance PCM. also understand i am posing this at the end of the year so please be aware that the prices might jump because of the new year. you know the new year brings new prices.

you are correct the mopar PCM is only for the RC.
i have seen dc performance do some good number and people are happy with there QC PCM set up.
