2004 or 2005?

Yeah, very detailed but somehow lacking the usual politically correct softening...

Wow...this thread went places!
Looks like the '05 black RC is coming home soon! As much as I really really liked the red a bit more, the black one is a year newer, has less miles, still has more then a year left on the warranty, doesnt need new tires (yet!)....and I got them to match the price of the other one (got it for under 26k)

Now...how to keep this clean..anyone here ever (GASP!) take it to the self service car wash? My truck is going to live in my driveway!

Good for you! Welcome to the family!

Sure you can take it to the self-service wash. Just keep a good couple coats of wax on her. :)

Car Wash?:dontknow:  That's truck abuse, plain and simple.

Okay, send us the name of the dealer so we can call them and tell them to not, repeat not sell you this truck.;) :D

Oh well, if you have to.;) :D

For a black vehicle I would recommend Zaino products. I use it on all my vehicles and love it.

I have used the spray booth's, but never use the brush... I have a 2 gallon ziplock i keep a cotton wash glove in, and use it, vs. the brush.
