2005 QC Mopar/Kicker AMP upgrade

Has anyone had any success with upgrading the factory amp in an 05 to the Kicker amp? I posted on another thread that I tried the upgrade but the amp lit up every warning light possible. Reinstalled the factory amp and everything worked fine. Here's the problem...after calling Kicker and Mopar, they both told me the kicker amp upgrade has not been verified for the 05 SRT-10 and now I'm having a problem getting a refund.

They wont refund it if you tell them you plug it in take it to another store and return it don't tell them you plug it in

Actually they were ok with me plugging it up...they said it wasn't made for the 05 and i shouldve read the details
