Start by checking for codes .. turn key on , off , on off then on and leave it on .. look at the trip odometer and the codes will blink up .. that could help give you the answer ..

Like Jim said. First step is does it have any codes and if so what are they? Just by reading that I'd say check your grounds. Also, these trucks are know for harness damage on the passenger side right where the harness comes up by the manifold. Make sure its tied up and not touching!
