2006 ram srt10 owners manuals

Brand new 2006 DODGE SRT10 portfolio which includes the 367 page owner's manual, maintenance logbook (Schedule A & B), warranty Information book, several items of extra literature & a black tri-fold case. Not sure what the dealer gets for a new one but I'm asking $50 shipped.

Anyone missing one?
