2011 Ford Super Duty debuts at Texas State Fair

Yeah... But, the CGI block and Aluminum heads scare me. Even if they have 2 more head studs (6 instead of 4), which is GREAT, I still think the heads could warp under extreme conditions. I like the new 6-speed TS tranny... that trans should be great for towing AND hwy mileage. :)

They haven't done much at all to the body of the truck since the early 2000's. They just change the front end. Personally, I didn't like last rendition, and I don't like this one either. I liked mine (a 2005 model, shown below ;)) the best. I hear they changed it, because people were complaining the headlights were too bright for on-coming traffic. :dontknow:  I do LOVE the new interior though! It looks to be WAY more useful than older versions. :)

You just can't do much better than a Furd Super-doody IMO. I just loved mine.... but, it was too big for driving in urban FL. I will have another one shortly, once we get settled here back in Michigan. :burnout:

Yea that engine may be suspect but it's already been ran for 250000 miles. I had the 04 which had mild head problems but was quickly fixed under warranty. I sold mine for similar reasons.

Damn that front end is ugly. Looks like a shitkicker belt buckle hehehe.

Now that truck of Jake's is a different story altogether. I like that.

I like the looks and sound of the 05 super duty, they sound real nice. Almost as nice as the old cummins 12 valve

VERY cool looking truck there! I loved the interior in the King Ranch. Mine had the same wheels too. :)

That's funny same wheels. I miss it and will own one again one day soon! Is that a bully dog you have on the door? The truck is amazing when programmed.

I don't think any self respecting ShitKicker would ware a Belt Buckles that Ugly.

The interior may look great, I don't know I haven't seen one, but who cares when everyone on the outside of it is Laughing Their A$$ Off at you on the instide... :)

I put a Bully Dog exhaust on it... then put the emblems on the door so everyone would think it was "just" a Bully Dog truck. ;) It was tuned by Innovative Diesel using a SCT. :burnout: If I remember correctly, it was around 443hp/757lbft to the wheels.... I had to launch in 4wd on the track, because it would spin the whole way down the 1/4 if I didn't. :D

I know what you mean....when I would spool up at the line and let off the brake it would spun those damn 35" toyo m/t's like no tomorrow. An old friend bet me once that I couldn't spin them down half a block...I took his money after and spun them the rest of the way down the block. don't know what made more smoke, the tires or the exhaust?:D damn I miss those days!

ford needs to go back to the 7.3L and just make it a better engine instead of playing around with new engines that only last 2-3 years.
