Imagine going into a Volvo dealer and asking to test drive one of the new Vulvas! Hilarious! :D :D :D
 
Looks like a cat 5 and possibly down to a cat for when it hits .. Tell Milty to head hard south
 
My area so getting Mandatory evacuation alerts all day .. Based on the Zones lived in . Zones A, B and C .. I’m in C and the last 2 are D and E .. People are evacuating around my neighborhood today and others leaving tomorrow.. the stores have been raided and shelves getting empty . Some Gas stations are closing or selling out the different gas grade pumps . Premium gas only now at some stations !
What I’m wondering is why , when the storm is 600 plus miles away and moving at 10 mph ,, with only speculation as to where it is going to hit land or where . My phone is being blown up with text and phone alerts from the county and state .. people have NO idea which direction to evacuate.. the storm chooses its own path So do Ou go north , South or east and how far ? I had a friend years ago go to a hotel In Orlando to get away from that storm and the thing headed right to them lol . Orlando is in the middle of the state and north from Tampa area !
The news, counties and state is panicking people and IMO is to early to play the rating Drama game ..I’ve been talking to some of the older lady and a few youngins and they have no dea where to evacuate to that would be safe and avoid the storm . They have decided to stay and hunker down .. many won’t be able to handle if a direct hit hits our area .I told them f they need help just ask and I’ll try to help with what I can and that I’m not evacuating! Some same the are prepared with supplies and a few showed me what they have .. Not prepared sufficiently for more than a couple days . Others have health problems , disabled and a few toaster drunks that without a doubt will be toasted ..I told Daisy Duke that she needs to stock pile for at the least a week or 2 as I know she goes to get her meals a couple times a day at the store . She’s young ! I told her she knows which place is mine with all the others get in touch and I’ll try to help them out within my means f the chit hits the fan here. I also told them all I will still be trying to get my walking in during the storm when it gets some breaks in the storm ( IF ) !

Projected Spaghetti noodle tracking and info on Milton . The majority of the noodles is right up Tampa areas ass ! With coastal flooding and storm surge to 12 feet ,, remember Florida is a see level state and if it hits during high tide , well you can guess what happens then !IMG_1476.jpeg

I dunno!!! Looks to be heading right your way! Would be hard to know which way and where to go! I'm sure you have preps. Miss Daisy definitely needs to stock up on more than a meal at a time!! lol lol - young people!! Ugghh

Daughter in law is on me about going to Augusta Ga.
My son hasn’t said anything lol , The wife must be the controlling factor hahaha .. I probably should if it hits here direct at a cat 4 or 5 but won’t, I’m a old fart stubborn pretty fearless tough SOB lol
I’m a what will be will be person , if my time comes it comes , you can’t beat fate type .

The secret on finding a safe place in a hurricane is to get into the eye of it and stay there till if fizzles out lol

I’m 11 minutes from the tidal water of the Gulf .. about 6 miles .. I’m not in a flood zone but in a Evac zone ( my zone is voluntary at the moment except for lower lying areas , Mobil homes coastal homes are mandatory to evac. ) that could change and my guess is it will as the storm path shows itself , depending on where it hits . Even a down grade to a cat 3 as the appear to be speculating now .. the weaker the better .

I watched a video of storm chasers who did that. It was amazing in the eye! Blue skies and calm!
