WTH ! I have 500 mbsp spectrum internet service and a speed check using OOKLA tells me Im getting under 100 mbsp..... I have a new spectrum modem and a tplink archer 1200 almost new router ...
Whats could it be thats not giving me the 500 mbps i pay for ? What can fix this BS ,,, $80 spectrum plan once my promotional expires next Nov. and my previous plan has been $40 forever .with the promtional I am only paying $30 a month ....
I get the same speed with all the old plans as Im getting now
I had spectrum come out and said they cant do squat as it may be my router or one of my devices .. I call BS as it didnt change when the upgrade to the 500 plan started . My previous plan was 100 mbps

Im sure it can be proven that they are at fault somehow .. I have and had no idea till just the other day ..
