2026 Registry Project Post Ho Thread

And yes, you guys are more than welcome to drop by and we’ll party. We even got a king cake.

Been a bad time lately. 15th Jan Rolled my fuel tanker down a 25m bank. Heli to hospital.
I have broken neck, concussion, 2 cauliflower ears and a torn shoulder. Just out of hospital and not allowed any screen time. Over 90% chance I should not be alive. Be back a bit later

Grok's pretty smart

The Viper Truck Registry refers to the comprehensive database and historical documentation for the Dodge Ram SRT-10 (often nicknamed the "Viper Truck" or "Viper-powered truck"). This is a limited-production performance pickup truck produced by Dodge from 2004 to 2006, equipped with the same 8.3L V10 engine from the Dodge Viper sports car (producing 500 hp and 525 lb-ft of torque), paired with a 6-speed manual transmission.A total of 10,046 units were built across those years:
  • 2004: ~3,057 units
  • 2005: ~3,000+ units
  • 2006: Remaining to reach the total
The registry tracks details like VINs, build dates, production numbers, equipment lists, ownership history, and more, based on contributions from owners, enthusiasts, and original data sources.Main ResourceThe primary site for this is the Viper Truck Registry (which also covers regular Dodge Vipers):
It's maintained independently (not officially by Dodge/Chrysler/Stellantis) and often linked with Viper enthusiast communities like the Viper Club of America (VCA) forums and the Viper Truck Club of America (VTCoA) at https://www.vtcoa.com/, where there's an active "Viper Truck Registry" section with ongoing projects (including a 2026 registry update thread).Related Communities
  • Viper Truck Club of America (VTCoA): https://www.vtcoa.com/ — Dedicated to Ram SRT-10 owners, with registry discussions, events, and history.
  • Facebook page: Viper Truck Registry (@ViperTruckRegistry) — Shares updates on Viper-powered vehicles.
If you're an owner or looking to register your specific truck (e.g., submit VIN/details for inclusion), check the main site or VTCoA forums for submission info. For regular Dodge Viper car registries, there's overlap but separate sections (total Viper production: 31,956 units from 1992–2017).If this is about a specific truck (e.g., looking up a VIN) or something else, provide more details!

Yep, pretty smart

The Viper Registry (often referring to the combined Viper Truck Registry and broader Dodge Viper car registry) is an independent, enthusiast-maintained database documenting the history, production details, VIN-specific information, and ownership/registration data for Dodge Viper sports cars and the Viper-powered Dodge Ram SRT-10 trucks (commonly called "Viper Trucks").Key sites and resources:
  • Main Viper Truck Registry Site: http://www.vipertruckregistry.com/
This serves as the primary hub for Ram SRT-10 (Viper Truck) data, with overlapping content for regular Vipers.
    • Total Viper Truck production: 10,046 units (2004–2006).
    • Total Dodge Viper production: 31,956 units (1992–2017).
The site features original research based on VINs, build dates (MDH), equipment lists, data books, production breakdowns by year, and a wiki-style format for detailed pages. It reopened/revived in early 2024 after a closure period (from 2020), with ongoing work to add vehicles via wiki pages (a long-term project likely spanning years, as individual VIN entries are added manually). No fully automated lookup exists yet, but VIN sheets and search tools are available or in progress. The maintainer (often associated with Jeff Gardner / ViperJeff) provides data freely (books may have costs), and it's unaffiliated with any official club or manufacturer.
  • Viper Truck Club of America (VTCoA): https://www.vtcoa.com/
The dedicated community forum for Ram SRT-10 owners, with an active Viper Truck Registry section (121 threads, over 7.6K messages) focused on vehicle history, data sharing, and statistics.
There's significant ongoing activity in 2026 around registry efforts, including a prominent thread: "2026 Registry Project Post Ho Thread" (active as recently as recent days/posts from members like Wifey and ViperJeff). This suggests updates, contributions, real-time status discussions, or expansions to the registry/database this year—likely involving owner submissions for VINs, photos, histories, or verification to build out more complete records.
  • Related/Complementary Registries:
    • Official International Viper Registry (Viper Club of America): https://www.theviperregistry.com/ — Focuses primarily on Viper cars (build info, specs, VIN explanations, galleries). It collaborates or references the Viper Truck Registry for cross-data.
    • Forum discussions: Often linked on viperclub.org (VCA forums), srt10forum.com, or srtconnection.com, where registry stats, master lists, and owner contributions are shared.
The registries rely on voluntary owner submissions (e.g., VIN, build details, photos) for accuracy and completeness—no official Chrysler/Stellantis involvement. If you're looking to:
  • Check a specific VIN or truck/car status → Visit the main site or post in the VTCoA registry thread.
  • Submit your vehicle → Use the wiki/contribution process on vipertruckregistry.com or the 2026 project thread on vtcoa.com.
  • Join discussions → VTCoA forums are very active for Viper Truck owners.
For the latest (as of February 2026), the 2026 Registry Project on VTCoA appears to be a key focal point for updates and community input. If this is about a particular vehicle, year, or VIN lookup, share more details for targeted help!
