Hey guys, just wated to report that I arrived home last night in Seattle area safe and sound from Kentucky. It was three killer, fun, exhausting, adventurous, grueling days of punishment to my new truck. And one hell of a test drive I might add. Buying a truck sight unseen with a salvage title on ebay can be a scary thing, but then again......for 20K, how could I go wrong? Turned out the truck has nothing wrong (unless you count an exhaust that rattles due to missing a mount at the rear and a water pump bearing going out thanks to the trip) and drove like a champ nearly 50 hours straight!!
I will post a full review of the trip and the many, many pics we took some time this weekend. Just wanted to check in and let you all know I made it!!

BTW, only 1 ticket....for doing 95....woops....right after I was really doing 120...hehe...

It is a black regular cab. It is salvaged because two black SRT trucks made one. One was rolled, the other stolen and stripped for motor, tranny, and interior. Together, it made one bad ass truck with no body work and no problems...at least that's the story I was given. Seems to be true from all I can tell. As far as the cop, I will report on that even later when I give the whole story.

Greg- Glad to hear you made it back safe and sound. When we spoke on the phone, it sounded like the shorts were tented and you were very content. :)
