2nd Annual West Coast/AZ GTG

If you go to the Riverside area and get stopped with even a hint of a street race you lose your truck and then get to watch the court have it CRUSHED! .

Don't know where that comes from. I live in the Riverside area, and I haven't had a ticket in a good 10 years. If I don't get stopped, nobody gets stopped LOL.

But that's cool, sounds like folks want to make this about the drags. I'm just not up for riding 6 to 8 hours to watch a few 13 second trucks, if I'm going to the drags I want to see some speed heheheh.

I'd still like to get something together at Barona, for a different time, don't want to make folks choose. I just need to figure out when that should be.

Yeah, I'm gonna do one here sooner or later. Summertime sucks that's for sure though. Hell, it was up around 110 yesterday, and it's fall hehe. I would expect the gtg at my place to be a bit smaller though, don't think too many folks would be willing to drive hundreds or thousands of miles to hang out at the biker's house hehehe. Not that they wouldn't be invited.

sorry but this thread is what, maybe a week old but lets wait till we see where the people want to go. saying no one stepped up from cali is bull!! make it in AZ if u want but i cant make it there in Feb and am sure many others wont be there as well. SD would be hard for me to make too but i would be there.

That's cool and good luck. Just saying that ain't what tickles my taint. If I'm gonna go spend a day at a drag strip I either wanna see some 300 mph cars or 200 mph Harleys.

I like this idea of dc dyno day. seems like theres to many chefs in the kitchen, I guess the goal is to accomadate all, hell we could do irwindale 1/8 mile drags, I was going off the poles, but Iam pretty fresh to vtcoa, so no matter what I hope everybody has a fu##in good time.:burnout: :rock:

How about a 750 HP N/A engine free since we are coming from so far away?

It would be nice if you damn west coasters would finally choose a place where everyone would show up. Then the people that live a long way away (but still manage to make it to more GTGs than the local one's) would have time to plan so they (that would be my wonderful wife Alex, and of course ME) could be there with you west coast whiners.

Whoever is the "head chef", feel free to chime in and let me know if DC works for you guys... We do these types of events all the time and could definitely put something special together for all the truck guys... Hell, I'm on of them/you!
