2nd Battery Box???

Well i need to take it out in order to install a secret device. I have taken out all the bolts i can see,(the 4 on the top, And the one in the middle) but it is still stuck on there rock solid, what do i need to remove to take it out for a while, I know some of you Roe and Cold are intake people have been through this already.

Its gonna be cool i assure you.

Remove wheel well liner.
Remove (2) bolts on frame that mount the batt. tray to the frame.
Remove battery tray.
Put wheel well liner back in.
