Has anyone had the 3M or similar product put on the bottom part of the bumper? I am considering it as I just got mine refinished and do not like stone chips.

I had the entire front of my truck done!! Looked like shit! The guys that applied it were pros also!! Our truck bumpers have so many curves that the film has to be streched a little, when they stretch it the film becomes a little cloudy, they call it ghosting, it is very noticable on dark colors. if you had a silver truck i would say go for it, but red or black I would recommend you don't!!

There is a new method where they spray it on, if your talking about this then I say yes!! I saw a show on it and it looked great and worked relly well also!!

I haven't used it on the bumpers, but I used it on the Bed Rails

Works and looks good

They did mine three times before I said enough!! It is great stuff, glad it worked for you!! The installers who I used do vehicle wraps day in and day out. i thought they would know what they were doing, but I guess not>>>

At least they told me they knew how to do it as they charged my CC!!!

Thank god i used the CC, i was able to get my money back after they probably spent at least 24 man hours on it!

wow...sorry to hear that man :(

The front of the car has more curves then fastjacks truck's completion dates :p, but they still got it done in 1 piece...If anyone is local to SoCal, I can recommend the same place that did mine.

I had mine done before I picked up the truck & it came out well. The only problem I've had is with the truck being white the glue around the edges picks up dirt & makes a border around it. Very hard to clean off.
