But that made her laugh harder than she can remember and the drywall is fixed.. I do have two nore fans to install and she, :dontknow: for some reason, volunteered to go up in the attic herself to mount the supporting joist..

School bus is in process of being sold and has been in limp mode for quite some time now unfortunately.

You'll be seeing either my fast lightning or my not so fast lightning, just depends on if a certain oil leak can be found on the fast one before the track day. Going to be a fun one either way and might just bring them both!

Couldn't take all that abuse :dontknow:

There is a limit to what any motor will take before going down
I sold my modded Lightning and the guy pushed it too hard and it went to hell quick

Much as I hate to say it,the Chevy motors seem to be the way to go,there seems to be no limit on the HP they will produce and they seem to have an outstanding longevity record

my duramax stayed in limp mode with the advantage edge chip every time i pushed it.

Nelson, I hate to say this because my shit could fly apart tomorrow. I have NEVER had a vehicle that has stood up to the abuse that this V-10 has. If I had left my truck alone the only money I would have spent on it would be routine maintenance. My truck has been the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. I would guess that I have ran 30 bottles of nitrous thru it and it might use 1 pint of oil between changes and that is with 53,000 miles on the clock.

Not taking the 6.0 out of the performance tune while towing a foxbody to NJ = things got WAY to hot and well, limp mode. Still managed to run upper 8's in such mode though. Chevy motors the way to go? 9 times out of 10 what you see is what you get with them and when that's changed, it's only a matter of time like with the majority of other car brand motors.

I dunno :dontknow:

I see a lot of newer really high HP chevy motors that hold up VERY well

I do think they are waaaaay cheaper to mod and repair if they blow

NOT that I like Chevy at all,(except the Vette)
