I've heard painting your radiator reduces it's effectiveness in cooling. Can anyone confirm or deny?

It's on the AC condenser not the radiator and it is just a very thin coat of spray paint. It doesn't cover up any areas at all, maybe if it was brushed on thick but not with just a spray can.
