QUICKSILVER said:Took mine straight to Unitrax...5.5/hrs. This will give you a yard-stick on time taken. These guy's are the experts!
After to young guy's work on her for most of the day, and were getting close to finishing... one of the old guy's in the shop was called over, he walked under the Truck and grabed the thrid member (ring/gear) and gave it a turn with his 'big' hand, both ways, and said it's perfect.
Put her all back together and we were down the road for a test drive.
Devin wouldn't drive her...asked me to drive her while he was in the passenger/seat.
Again good Luck,
Quick
Yeah, but there's a price to pay for living in California, Los Angeles, Santa Monica....no room, to many people, to many cars. Get all this great work done and there's nowhere to drive her without 50,0000/other people with you, on the road at the same time.womsterr said:Man it must be nice to live in Socal and have all these options right at your door! Its a little leaner here in ATL.

Bought the gears and the polished/cryoed spider & side gear upgrade from Devin at Unitrex. Ordered Monday and recieved Tuesday. I am in SoCal and so is Unitrax.
The upgraded carrier parts are nice and first quality.
This is the only solution without going to a full on high dollar axle. (I have one of those in the silver truck)
