1962 it is the number 7 hull hatteras made of fiberglass in a 41 ft model,, it was when they thought fiberglass had to be real thick. So the boat is real heavy but rides better than any new hatt made, it has a real deep keel. The permits it has ,they dont sell anymore. You have to get them from individual people, they allow you to take 6 people out fishing for any reef fish or palgic. My friend just sold a pair just like mine for 10,000.00 . The owner before me and I never ran the engines over 1800 rpm, they roughly have 600 hours on them since last rebuild, they dont smoke at all. roughly for a 12 hour trip i would burn about 55 to 60 gallons of fuel. I was getting 110.00 a hour. I am offshore right now and will post some pics monday when I get home to my personnel computer. I have posted some pics on here before if you look through the back threads, I tink I put the topic as "fishing pics". The boat appraised for 75,000 last year. The inside does need some wood work done. . It also has a very tall tuna tower and outriggers. I have fished this boat all over the gulf and has never let me down...It also has a nothern lights gen. which came in handy during storms because if the power went out at the house we would just go stay on the boat.
