what you guys think? the name sounds familiar, but seeing as i sport a diesel the unlimited hp Guarantee...i believe it would also fit in the QC :dontknow:

For performance I don't think the torque converter with "the lowest possible stall speed" per the advertisement would suit our needs very well.

I'd like to hear some feedback on this company as well. I believe they are vendors for ATS and moded to your paticular needs.

That is not the original Art Carr of Transmission fame from years gone by.

Art sold the comapny and name a number of years ago.

I can put you in touch with the real Art Carr who still builds a great gear box and is in LA..........

Folks...First of all, the casing for a new 48RE will run around $2400.00 alone. On top of that they are back ordered almost 6 months.

Ask any reputable builder and he will tell you that you have to send your case in. If they have a actual 48RE around, they are not going to give it for $5000.00 built. Most likely it's a 47RE or some other type casing.
