Bore = 4.03
Stroke= 3.96

Bore +.030 = 4.06

Radius = 2.03

Radius x Radius = 4.1209 x 3.14 =12.9396 x (stroke) 3.96 =51.2409 x 10(cyl.)
= 512.40 cu.in. Close as i can get with a non scientific calculator;)

The 522's are usually stroked or had custom sleeves made.
Good job Wifey, Not really all that hard

The pie r squared had her cornfused for a decade, kept say'in pie are round:D
Had to learn her and that was a bit try'in;) ;)

Race engine development is the only company that I know of that installs Darton wet sleeves in Viper blocks. With them the Max bore is 4.16" giving you a 538ci. Less radical would be his dry sleeves, those would allow a safe 4.08" bore for 518ci. Darton sleeves are extremely rugged and handle increased cylinder pressure very well.

If you plan on a big shot of nitrous I'd seriously consider the Darton sleeves. For just forced induction they are not that important. A big shot of nitrous causes a crazy increase in cylinder pressure.
