This is for those who hate having their hitch loose and rolling around the back of the truck. I've seen some of these go commercially for $60 to $80 bucks. I decided to swing by Lowes and pick up the materials to make my own. A 2 1/2 conduit coupler and a piece of steel. 1/2 hour later, voila! no more hitch rolling around the back of the truck. Made it to use existing holes.

Could you order a Billet one so I can get one from you?

Great idea, great solution.
Billet is Boomers area of expertise. I don't have a CNC machine. The best I can do is with a drill and a hack saw.:D

Good job, Big Dave.

Is that patent pending?

Lee

Thanks Lee, No patent applied for. Just thought I'd share a thought with the folks here in case anyone needed a cheap solution to the loose hitch problem.

On a very rare occasion, I have a very small trailer that I haul a golf cart or riding mower on. And when the drawbar hitch isn't in the receiver, I have an aluminum Viper (Fangs) hitch cover that is in it. But mostly I just haul azzzzzzzz.

Grabbers are great. They are a very good tire. Changed the way the whole truck acted. For the better. No more hydroplaning and smoother ride.
