I'm guessing stainless?? I don't think they would be titanium??
16500 is not bad,,, just the gen4 upgrade for the gen 3 is 10k...so not to shabby, a new trani is atleast 5k, now your gettin the full block wireing harness and all for 1k...

that's the new Tremec 6060 if i'm not mistaken... plus a crate gen4 motor new is what... $20k?
though, i don't think this is a bad deal
