66 GTO

Anyone interested in a 1966 Pontiac GTO, please let me know. My father was starting to rebuild it when he had a stroke. He has already bought roughly $3500 in parts including a 4 wheel disc brake conversion, a new front fender, complete suspension etc. The car has the original backseat but needs the 2 front bucket seats and console. It comes with 2 engines- 1 is a 326 that was running when it was pulled out and also a 389 that the block is good, but needs rebuilding. The car is dismantled for the most part, but together enough to get on a flat bed. It is a real GTO and not a tempest or lemans. If anyone is interested let me know. Keep in mind it is a project car and not in a completed state. I believe he is taking offers on it in the $3500-4000 range. I will check, but i think he has a shop manual for this car as well.

i will have pics by this weekend...i believe the trunk bottom needs replaced and from what my dad says, possibly the floors inside as well...he cant remember(from the stroke) so until i go look myself, then i dont know the condition. it was a complete car when he first got it 4-5 years ago...he started to restore it but i dont know how far along it is...last i knew it was in pieces and he hasnt done anything with it...it is covered under his carport and has been for a while...there might be more new parts than i first listed...
